She enjoys the Chiefs and Royals, the Music Hall and the Plaza, the golf courses and the many restaurants, and unlike Oklahoma, the distinct four seasons.
Dr. Mary Dighton earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri at Kansas City Dental School 1992. She is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Dighton also holds a certificate from the Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg, Florida, a certificate for completion of Cosmetic Dentistry Continuum I from Louisiana State University, and has four certificates from the Center for Advanced Dental Learning in Tacoma, Washington. Her dedication to lifelong learning, dental excellence, and personalized patient care enables her to truly provide the highest quality dentistry in a very caring manner.
Dr. Latoya J. Ifill was born and raised in Riviera Beach, Fl. She graduated from Suncoast Community High School of Palm Beach County, then went on to the University of Central Florida to earn a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. She was also an Organic Chemistry tutor for 2 years while at UCF.
She attended Howard University College of Dentistry and graduated in 2012. Upon graduation she immediately started her dental career in the United States Army as a Captain. While serving her country she was involved in the National Children’s Dental Health Care program. With this program she visited different elementary schools in the community to demonstrate proper brushing and flossing techniques while explaining the consequences of consuming many sugary drinks and snacks. The involvement with this program really solidified her passion for pediatric dentistry and led her to gain employment at Great Plains Dental.
Dr. Ifill is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In addition she is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.
Outside of Dentistry Dr. Ifill enjoys travelling, shopping, and spending time with her family. She is married to Attorney Pierre L. Ifill, and has 2 beautiful children Lamont Ifill (age 5) and Londyn Ifill (age 4).
